We're a small team of people who have each enjoyed careers as leaders of high performing teams and have a passion for developing other leaders. We are former Special Forces, Commandos and Army Special Operations 'middle-managers' and 'corporate leaders', who's skills and abilities have been defined in environments of high-demand, constant uncertainty, exacting deadlines and fierce 'competition'.
