Project: T.O.P. Leaders is a distinctively Australian programme of operational and frontline leadership development focused on improving operational effectiveness. The programme develops the capacity of participants to more effectively engage, enable and empower their team-members through the use of the E3 Australian Leadership Effectiveness Matrix.

 

The 'enable' phase of Project: T.O.P. Leadersis focused on enabling tactical, operational and project leaders to in turn enable their people to deliver consistent high-performance. It is a phase of training and development which introduces or refines effective processes, methodologies, tools, skills and behaviours for effective operational leadership. This phase consists of:

 

Step 4. The Leadership Experience™ - 

DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP IN ACTION

Our unique, highly experiential operational-leadership skills development programme - introducing the E3 Australian Leadership Effectiveness Matrix skills, processes and methodologies. Step 5. Acts of Leadership™

In this critical step, explicit team-based projects are created, by each team - responding to the earlier E3 Culture of Leadership Profile - which focus on increasing each team's effectiveness, through 'acts of leadership'.
