Project: T.O.P. Leaders is a distinctively Australian programme of operational and frontline leadership development focused on improving operational effectiveness. The programme develops the capacity of participants to more effectively engage, enable and empower their team-members through the use of the E3 Australian Leadership Effectiveness Matrix.

 

The 'empower' phase of Project: T.O.P. Leaders is a phase of consolidation, reflection, embedding and refinement, empowering participants to become effective T.O.P. Leaders. ROI is secured here. It consists of:

 

Step 6. Mission Nine™

Reinforcing the four-day immersive training programme, Mission Nine™ focuses on implementing the skills, processes and methodologies developed during The Leadership Experience™, back at work. Over 9-12 months participants attend a six-weekly ‘subject-refresher’ and are then tasked with putting that subject into practice within their own area over the following six weeks. Each participating leader receives an average of four hours per module of personal on-the-job coaching, focused on creating a nexus between their goals, the earlier effectiveness assessments and the learnings which occurred in phase 2. This critical implementation phase is further supported by our proprietary web-enabled learning system, Mission Nine Online™. Step 7. Project accountability

 

At project practical completion, another E3 Culture of Leadership Profile is conducted to measure gains in effectiveness across the organisation. At this point Leadership In Action is also measured. Our minimum aim is to deliver an average 33% improvement in effectiveness across the 22 drivers measured.
